July 15th...Seward

We got into Seward yesterday and are parked on the beach front of Resurrection Bay.  Our view from the RV is water and mts.  We saw some Sea otters swimming around out in the water yesterday.  Lots of fishing boats coming and going.  Seward is port of call for several cruise liners. The pop. Is 2600.  The average July temp is 62 and that is about what the temp has been.  Light jacket weather, but the sun has been trying to shine all day, and it is suppose to be nice and sunny all week.
We plan on staying here for a week, so that will be nice .  Will probably take some day trips from here.
The birds, mostly Sea Gulls are driving our cats crazy. They see them flying around and run from window to window stalking them.  Keeps them entertained anyway.
The tide here comes in and goes out every 6 hours.  This morning it was 7 ft and tonight it will be 9 1/2 ft.  It changes everyday, which I find interesting, but do not understand.  I know it has something to do with the gravity from the moon.

This is just behind the our RV.  Resurrection Bay

I love taking flower pics and I thought this was so pretty
Those little black spots are the sea otters
