It was kind of cool here today, in the 60s. Which was okay with me, it's harder for Mosquitos to bite through jeans and a jacket.
We drove into Nenana this morning and just missed the parade of two fire trucks. They were throwing out candy tho. It was kind of a interesting little town. We talked to several locals, and went to a couple of gift shops. The lady that owed the gift shops was originally from WI, she said she has
lived here for 40 years. We bought a book that she had written about her life. I read it this afternoon and it was pretty good. She was quite a character. She is the only avon lady that made her deliveries by dogsled.
I did get a few pics today, we did see a moose and her calf, but didn't get a very good pic of them
