We got to the RV park in Valdez about noon today. It is absolutely beautiful here!! If I were to live in Alaska, this is where I would want to be. Which ever way you look there are mountains. Lots of waterfalls, and glaciers. The sun is shinning and it is 70, so it's so nice.
The pinks salmon are running so we watched them swimming upstream to spawn. There are thousands of them. What a sight. I thought we would see a lot of bears catching them, but none today. We did see a black bear, but that was it. I will write more tomorrow
