July 7th...Anchor Point

We drove just a few miles up to Anchor Point and parked at a state recreation campground.  Very nice, we can see cook inlet from the RV.
We drove down to a Nikolaevsk, a small Russian village, pop 296. Its a settlement of " Russian Old Believers".  We had lunch in a small Russian cafe and it was very good, buy kinda spendy.  She cooked it while we waited.  I got some pics of the church and some shots of the area.

The church

This was on the way, I liked the old building
The tractor pulling out the fishing boat by our RV site
This is on the beach
Looks like they are waiting for something?
